Peter Lawrance

I grew up in South Perth and attended Wesley College. I commenced my Real Estate career some 45 plus years ago. Coming from a background in farming, it is no surprise my early years were in Rural sales. I have been a Licensed Auctioneer for over 40 years; Chairman of the REIWA Auctioneering Network from 1999-2003; I am well known and sought after as an Auction trainer having coached five state Real Estate Auction champions. I have also a recently retired as a REIWA Councillor where for 12 years enabled me to work with like minded professionals in ensuring that impeccably high standards are ‘the norm’ throughout our industry.

I am passionate about the pursuit of excellence and professionalism and these qualities are the cornerstone from which Carolena and I have created Avanti Residential. Outside of Real Estate, I am currently the President ot the Rotary Club of Matilda Bay.  I like nothing more than to enjoy a serious glass of red (selected from one of the many bottles in our extensive and prized collection) and preparing gourmet meals for Carolena, family and friends.
