Carolena Boyd

I am a Licensed Real Estate Agent who for over 36 years has lived, worked and played in Subiaco and surrounding suburbs. I am at last fulfilling a lifelong goal of opening my own boutique Agency, together with my husband Peter. My passion and love of what “I do”, together with my professionalism and knowledge in all things Real Estate enables me to stamp my unique style of service driven ethos on Avanti Residential. A great advocate for professionalism in the industry.

I have completed my Diploma in Real Estate and chaired various REIWA Committees over the years including the Women in Property Network and Sales Network Committees. I am a past President of the Subiaco Business Association, former state board member of the Save the Children Fund and a contributor to the Ronald McDonald House Make a Meal Program. When relaxing I enjoy time at home and away with Peter and our dog Bella.  I particularly enjoy walking and exercising, spending time with our two sons and two beautiful grand daughters. Cooking and entertaining family and friends along with travel and shopping are some of my favourite things .
